Biography
Amer Kaissi joined Trinity University in 2003 after earning a Ph.D. degree in Health Services Administration, Research & Policy from the University of Minnesota. While doing his doctoral work, he worked in "Quality Measurement & Analysis" at Allina Hospitals in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to that, he earned a Master of Public Health in Hospital Administration from the American University of Beirut in his native Lebanon
Research Interest
Amer Kaissi research interests include diabetes in primary care clinics, strategic planning, retail clinics, quality of care & patient safety, and application of organizational theories to health care settings. He has published extensively on these topics in various administrative and clinical peer-reviewed journals.

Vladimir Obolenskiy, PhD (2002), Head of the Septic Surgery Unit, City Clinical Hospital â„– 13, Moscow; Associate Professor of the Department of surgery of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov, Moscow; correspondent member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS). He is a member of several professional societies, including EWMA, AO Trauma, participant EBJIS. He has published more than 40 articles in reputed journals and 8 tutorials. He has been serving as an editorial board member of the journal "Wound Medicine" and "International academic journal of RANS".

Dennis C. Stevens, M.S., M.D. is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed post-graduate training in Pediatrics and Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine at the James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. He holds a masters degree in clinical research design and statistical analysis from the University of Michigan. He is certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine. Dr. Stevens joined the faculty of the Sanford School of Medicine in 1980. He is a Professor and the Interim Chairman of the Dept. of Pediatrics and the Chief of Section of Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine. He has served as an attending neonatologist and was recently appointed the Medical Director of the Boekelheide Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Sanford Children’s Hospital, Sioux Falls, SD
Research Interest
Stevens has major interest in clinical research, pediatrics and neonatal care, recently investigating the impact of the NICU environment upon tiny preterm neonates and their families.
